Change Management brings in new people to give the company a boost
Organisational culture is a term used regarding as to what happens in a certain organisation but most people have no idea as to what this is and what this actually means. Mainly it is used in the sense that people will be doing a certain thing with in and organisation and it is referred to as that particular Organisational Culture. It’s like a certain thing will happen in the company let’s say for example it might be and Organizational culture to have a farewell party for any colleague who might be leaving the company after a certain amount of time once they have been with the company and the company will throw the party at their own expense. But where this might not be the case another firm that you might work in, hence Organizational Culture will vary from company to company as every company will have their own culture and tradition.
Management is the back bone of any company as it all comes down to how good they are able to manage employee that are working under their management. If the management fails it is most likely that company will fail and the performance of that particular team will drop and they will start to fall behind. It all comes down to the management as to how they manage their teams. Sometimes it gets to a point when it becomes necessary to Change Management and brings in new people to give the company a boost and get your employees back up to speed again. Change Management is not the best thing to do but sometimes it becomes necessary and there is no other option. Using a Change theory sometimes it can be beneficial but sometimes it can work the opposite way if it is not implemented properly and can leave a negative effect on the company. So it is very important that your strategy is right and you have thought about all the possible outcomes and you have got every single angle covered. The best way to go about it is that you use a Change Theory as at least you will know that it has been used tested and implemented before. By using this method at least you know that they would have covered most angles and have given solutions to any possible unexpected problems. You know they would have tested all the changes and rectified all the problems that might have occurred and this will allow you to have a swift and smooth change. As the last thing you want is the change to work in the wrong way and costing the company a lot of money and the business suffering quite dearly so to go for the best possible option is always the best route.
