MPJ – Marketing Pro-Junction Appoints Managing Director

Dubai: Marketing Pro-Junction (MPJ) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ismail Madi as its Managing Director (MD). Mr. Madi brings over two decades of extensive experience in the advertising industry.


Making the announcement, Mr. Brett Schafer, Chief Executive Officer of Faisal Holding, the owning company of MPJ together with MANAFA LLC, stated, “We are delighted to welcome Mr. Madi to our group and believe he will be a great pillar to the MPJ team. With his evident skills and industry connections, both locally and internationally, he will play an instrumental role in the expansion of MPJ following its outlined growth plan”.


As MD of MPJ, Mr. Madi will also provide strategic leadership and management for the company’s diverse portfolio of clients while spearheading the corporate strategy for further business development and growth.


A Lebanese national, Mr. Madi holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics from the University of Paris – Sorbonne. He began his career in 1993 and progressively worked his way up gaining valuable experience with many global communication groups. Prior to his new role at MPJ, Mr. Madi worked as the Regional Director of Drive Dentsu HQ in Dubai for almost 10 years focusing on the Gulf region, and Saudi in particular.


Upon joining MPJ, Mr. Madi, said, “I am extremely thrilled with this new challenge. It is a great responsibility and honor to be part of this reputed company and I see an enormous potential for growth and expansion of business in the coming years fulfilling the group’s strategic vision.
