ODS2 Expands on its Partnership with Telecom Provider Vodafone Netherlands

Recently, the business relation between Vodafone Netherlands and ODS2 has expanded with delivering the Vodafone reseller portal for reselling the Broadband and Digital TV subscription.

Making the announcement Mark Hekkelman, CCO of ODS2 said, “We have just released our Partner Relationship Management Software (PRM as a multi-channel reseller environment, to provide Vodafone with a full-serviced platform to give all their partners and resellers access to the fixed portfolio (Broadband and Digital TV) of Vodafone in The Netherlands. The Vodafone reseller portal is a web-based SaaS solution that allows Vodafone Netherlands to effectively and efficiently manage all their sales channels, product catalogues and order processes – within one central system.”

This new reseller portal is in addition to ODS2’s Field Sales Software (FSS) that Vodafone Netherlands began using in 2014 for Door-to-Door (D2D) sales operations for their fixed product group (broadband and TV subscriptions).
